This is a deliscious granola great with fruit and yummy yogurt!!!! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
6 cups oats
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup hazelnuts (otherwise known as filberts)
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flax seed
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup walnut oil
1/2 cup grapeseed oil
1/2 cup demerara sugar (dark brown sugar)
1/4 cup honey (addeed last of ingredient)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350* F.
2. combine all in order, honey last, mix well.
3. -cover pan(pans) with parchement.
4. Stir while cooking and cooling to avoid clumping.
5. Cook for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
