Was looking for something healthy to take to a work carry in and mixed a few recipes to come up with this. Not a single bite was left and now they are requested all the time. Can switch up the fruits to suit your taste or the season. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) can , sliced peaches in light syrup not drained
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1 pint strawberry, cut into chunks
2 bananas, sliced
1 bunch grapes, sliced in half
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box of sugar free vanilla pudding
Directions:
1. Drain the large can of peaches into seperate bowl. Mix peach syrup and dry pudding together with blender until mixed well. In large container add all other ingredients. Fold in pudding sauce and chill.
