This dish is a southern dish my dad taught me to cook when we didn't have a lot of money or food in the cabinets.I love it & hope you will to! Ingredients:
1lb ground beef |
1 pack of gravy mix |
4 potatoes |
salt |
pepper |
1 cup of bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Fry the ground beef (as if you were making tacos) until it is no longer red add salt & pepper 2. Peel the potatoes cut up in to medium sized chunks and boil until tender 3. Prepare the gravy as instructed on the packet 4. Break up 3-4 pieces of sandwich bread 5. Drain grease off of the hamburger meat,and drain the potatoes 6. Mix ground beef,potatoes,and bread together and put in baking pan.Then pour the gravy on top and bake in the oven at 350 degrees until the gravy has become thick.Add salt pepper and enjoy |
