Look for packaged tri-color grape assortments in the produce section. Or you can use just one type of grape, if you prefer.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
1 1/3 cups seedless red grapes, halved (about 1/3 pound)
1 1/3 cups seedless black grapes, halved (about 1/3 pound)
1 1/3 cups seedless green grapes, halved (about 1/3 pound)
2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
Directions:
1. Combine juices and honey in a small saucepan. Scrape seeds from vanilla bean into saucepan; discard bean. Cook over medium-high heat 3 minutes, stirring until honey dissolves. Remove from heat; pour into a 1-cup glass measure. Place in freezer for 15 minutes to cool.
2. Place grapes in a large bowl. Add cooled syrup and mint to bowl; toss to coat.
