Grapefruit and Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. With a sharp knife, cut peel and outer membrane from grapefruit.
  2. Working over a strainer set over a bowl, cut between inner membranes and fruit to relase segments into strainer.
  3. Squeeze juice from membranes into bowl,Discard peel and membranes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine oil, lime juice and grapefruit juice.
  5. Add salad greens and mix gently to coat.
  6. Place in salad bowl or put on plates.
  7. Top with grapefruit segments, avocado, almonds and green onion.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
