This is really good over any grilled meat, especially chicken. Enjoy
Ingredients:
2 cups grapes seeded
4 tablespoon almonds chopped and toasted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 garlic clove chopped
1 tablespoon diced green chilies
2 tablespoon snipped chives
2 tablespoon snipped cilantro
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Put grapes into a food processor and process briefly until coarsely chopped.
2. Add remaining ingredients and process briefly.
