I got this recipe from a friend at my church. She brings this salad to alot of church gatherings and everyone loves it, including me! So yummy and easy! This is to be made the night before and refrigerate.
Ingredients:
4 cups red seedless grapes
4 cups green seedless grapes
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecans, toasted
1 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Wash,drain and dry grapes.
2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
3. Mix sour cream,powdered sugar and vanilla.
4. Mix with cream cheese.
5. Add grapes.
6. Spread grape mixture in a 13 x 9 pan.
7. Toast pecans, then mix with brown sugar and then sprinkle on top.
8. Refrigerate overnight.
