Another delicious recipe from The Amish Cook at Home. They serve it for after-church supper, but it's dessert to me. Feel free to add other fruit like pineapple. Beware, this salad is prepared quickly and eats easily. It's almost impossible to refrigerate overnight before eating. YUM!
Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup whipped cream (sweetened) or 1 cup whipped topping
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
3 lbs seedless grapes
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until the grapes are coated evenly.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
