Grape Nuts Carb Bars

These can be lightened by using low fat peanut butter as well.
Ingredients:
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter
4 cups grape-nuts cereal
Directions:
1. Microwave corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter on HIGH for 2 1/2 minutes, stirring every minute.
2. Add cereal; mix to coat well.
3. Press into 9 x 13 pan that has already been lightly sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
4. Let cool completely.
5. Cut into bars.
