Grape Jam/Conserve in Port

I made this once, it was delicious on bread, muffins, scones and even toast! My older kids used it on their ice-cream and I even used it as a filling for a sponge!!
Ingredients:
500 g green seedless grapes
2 cups sugar
2 cups port wine
Directions:
1. Remove stalks from the grapes and put them in a pan with the sugar and port. Heat gently, stirring until the sugar has fully dissolved, then carefully boil, stirring frequently, until the grapes are soft and the syrup is very thick.
2. Pour into hot sterilized jars and cover with a lid or air tight seal.
