Realy yummy, muffins. And not unhealthy either.
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour. (150 ml)
1/2 a cup whole wheat flour. (125 ml)
1 teaspoon baking powder. (5 ml)
1 teaspoon baking soda. (5 ml)
a pich of salt
1/2 a teaspoon cinnamon. (2 ml)
1/3 a cup vegitable oil. (75 ml)
1 egg
1/2 a cup orange juice. (125 ml)
2/3 a cup (brown or white) sugar. (150 ml)
1/2 a cup flax seed. (125 ml)
1/2 a cup rasins. ( 125 ml)
1/2 a cup sunflower seeds. ( 125 ml)
1/2 a cup of fruit, any kind, optional. ( 125 ml)
Directions:
1. ~Mix all ingredients until compleatly combined & put mixture into greased or lined muffin tins.
2. ~Then put one tablespoon of granola on each unbaked muffin & pat down.
3. ~Bake 15 to 20 mins, or until top springs back up when lightly touched.
