This delicious muesli has all the ingredients you'd need for a good homemade granola, but it's ever so much easier...no cooking, just stir it all together and leave it in the fridge overnight! It is thick, fruity, and filling - I usually make it once every week for an easy, wholesome breakfast. Even better with some fresh fruit on top :-) Cook time is chilling time.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups quick oats
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
1/4 cup orange juice, plus
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped dried apricot
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and stir to mix.
2. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
