Ingredients:
1 cup granola
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1 apple grated
8 chips, chopped apple
1 / 2 cup canola oil
1 and 1 / 2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground ginger
1 egg
1 pinch sea salt
peeling peanuts for garnish
Directions:
1. Place in a bowl, sifted flour, granola, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, salt. Make a well in center and put the oil, grated apples, apple chips and chopped egg, mix to incorporate all ingredients. Grease a cookie sheet and take lots with a spoon dropping them at the source, flatten a little with the spoon, garnish with shelled groundnuts. Bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes.
