Ingredients:
8 cup(s) rolled oats
1 cup(s) wheat germ
1 1/2 cup(s) honey
2 cup(s) coconut
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
3/4 cup(s) chopped nuts of any kind
2/3 cup(s) vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Blend all together in a large bowl. Spray jelly roll pan with Pam and pour mixture onto pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container. After baking add: raisins, cranberries, sunflower seeds, nuts etc. if you like).
