Ingredients:
6 cup(s) oats
3 cup(s) mixed nuts - almonds, pecans, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pepitas
1 cup(s) dried coconut
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1 dash(es) salt
3/4 cup(s) honey
1 to 1 and 1/2 cup(s) dried fruit (multi color raisins, cranberries, bluberries,apricot
Directions:
1. , Heat over to 350 degrees
2. Combine all but dried fruit in large bowl
3. Pour onto large ungreased cooke sheet or jelly roll pan. Only use one pan.
4. Cook for 30 minutes or longer. Sitre at 15 minute increments. Pull from edge of pan back into middle.
5. Remove from oven and stir in dried fruit
6. Cool on rack
7. Store in sealed container or resealable bag in fridge
