Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
1 cup(s) cranraisins
1/4 cup(s) lite maple syrup
3 cup(s) rolled oats
3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
3/4 cup(s) shredded sweet coconut
1 cup(s) slivered almonds
1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, coconut, and brown sugar.
3. In a separate bowl, combine maple syrup, oil, and salt. Combine both mixtures and pour onto two sheet pans. Cook for one hour and fifteen minutes, stirring every fifteen minutes to achieve an even color.
4. Remove from oven and transfer into a large bowl. Add cranraisins and mix until evenly distributed.
