Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F Use a 9 x 13 baking pan. Put in oats, wheat germ, brans, buckwheat, seeds, almonds, flax, and hemp. Mix gently. Sprinkle with brown sugar, and mix again. Add the vanilla to the oil and drizzle over, then mix well. Place in oven. Set your timer for 10 minutes. Take it out and mix it, especially in the corners and edges as it cooks faster there. Place in oven for another 10 minutes, and then mix again. Place in oven for another 10 minutes. (30 minutes total).
  2. Remove from oven and let cool. Place in a covered container. Can be kept at room temperature for a week or 2 at least.
