Easy granola recipe great for snacking or to mix in yogurt!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup sliced almonds
Directions:
1. In large mixing bowl, combine water and brown sugar. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, until sugar is dissolved. Add salt and vanilla and stir. Add oats and almonds, stir to coat. Spread in thin layer on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook at 275F for 40-45 minutes. Cool and store in airtight container.
