Gluten- free recipe for my Cafe
Ingredients:
16 ounces dried fruit
16 ounces honey
16 ounces brown sugar
4 ounces gluten-free corn flakes
8 ounces toasted walnuts
8 ounces toasted pecans
8 ounces roasted pistachios
8 ounces toasted macadamias
Directions:
1. Crumble Cornflakes until tiny pieces. Add remaining ingredients and bake until golden brown. Let cool. Place in container, label, date and refrigerate.
