This is from old friends we knew at Emerald Baptist Church in Eugene, Oregon.
Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
6 cups rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup wheat germ
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup water
1 cup oil
1 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 tablespoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
2. Mix liquid ingredients together.
3. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients.
4. Mix thoroughly.
5. Spread on 2 greased cookie sheets and bake for 1 hour 250°.
6. Stir occasionally.
