Granny's Brown Rice

Easy to make and very good to eat.
Ingredients:
1 can campbell french onion soup, undiluted
1 can campbell beef consomme soup, undiluted
1 cup white rice, uncooked long grain
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Use a two qt.
3. ovenproof dish.
4. Melt butter in a hot oven.
5. When melted, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
6. Return to oven and cook uncovered until all liquid is absorbed, approximately 35-45 minutes.
