Granny Jink's Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients:
6 cup(s) cornbread preferably a few days old
6 cold biscuits
6-10 cold rolls (like sister shubert from freezer section)
1/2 cup(s) butter
1 cup(s) finely chopped celery
2 medium onion chopped
1 teaspoon(s) black pepper
3 hard boiled eggs - cooled and chopped
3 raw eggs
1 teaspoon(s) salt, pepper
3 teaspoon(s) ground sage
2 cup(s) chicken broth
Directions:
1. Melt butter
2. Add onion and celery. Saute, but be careful not to brown too much.
3. Crumble cold cornbread, rolls, and biscuits into large bowl.
4. Add onions, celery, seasonings and other ingredients EXCEPT liquid.
5. Toss until mixed well.
6. Pour enough broth onto mixture but don't make it soggy.
7. Put into 9x12 pan.
8. Bake at 400 degrees and cook until browned. (Around 25-30 minutes depending on your oven.)
