Weirdly enough my Granma & I both created this sandwich independently and love it. I crave it now, where the ingredients are hard to find in rural MO. It always reminds me of Oregon & G-ma.
Ingredients:
2 slices pumpernickel bread
1 large avocado (not haas, but floridian)
alfalfa sprout
sliced tomato
2 slices swiss cheese
1 tablespoon miracle whip
1 dash spike seasoning
Directions:
1. Place ingredients on bread at own discretion.
2. Excellent served with mango and a Thomas Kemper Root Beer ~Yum!
