Grandmoms Crab Cakes

This recipe has been handed down in my family. This is a true Maryland crab cake.
Ingredients:
1 lb. crab meat (jumbo lump blue crab, or backfin)
1 tbs. parsley
1 tbs. old bay
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. yellow mustard
4-5 tbs. mayonnaise
1 jumbo egg
8-10 saltine crackers
Directions:
1. I estimated all measurements so play around a little
2. Combing crab, parsley, old bay, baking powder, mustard, and mayo
3. Mixture should be a little loose and wet
4. Add egg
5. Crush crackers and add them until mixture feels somewhat dry
6. Form 8 patties
7. Broil until golden brown or fry in vegetable oil
8. Serve with tartar sauce
