Grandmom Butcher's Potato Salad

To be eaten only on holidays, this potato salad is AWESOME, but highly caloric. Eat in small quantities and ENJOY!
Ingredients:
3 lb red potatoes
1/2 cup mayonaise
2 tablespoon sour cream
3 hard boiled eggs
1 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
1. Boil the potatoes. Grandmom used to boil them in their jackets and then peel them, but it is much easier to peel and cut up and then boil them. Mix the mayo, sour cream, and sugar (season lightly with salt and pepper if you'd like, I do :). Chop up the hard boiled eggs. Now, as soon as the potatoes are done ( tender but NOT mushy), drain them completely, let the heat dry them for 5 minutes or so and then add the dressing while they are still hot/warm. Mix the egg in now too. This way the dressing absorbs into the potatoes.
