Grandma's Rhubarb Jelly

So sweet and yummy, you will forget rhubarb is a vegetable. Grandma was famous for everything she made with rhubarb.
Ingredients:
3 cups rhubarb (cut into 1 inch pieces)
3/4 cup water
1 lb candy orange slices
1 lemon, juice of
Directions:
1. Cover and cook rhubarb in water over low heat until tender (about 15 minutes).
2. Cut candy orange slices (gumdrop type) into rhubarb.
3. add lemon and cook slowly-stirring frequently-till thick.
4. Pour into jelly jars.
5. Grated lemon peel can also be used to enhance flavor.
