Grandma's Pumpkin Pie - Low Fat

Save calories by using low fat evaporated milk. But, best using regular evaporated milk (creamier).
Ingredients:
15 oz pumpkin (13/4 cups)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
12 oz evaporated milk, low fat
1 pie crusts, pillsbury all ready rolled
Directions:
1. Mix all in a large bowl. Use Pillbury crust for ease.
2. Bake at 375Ë? for 25 minutes. Cover crust for next 20 minutes.
