Grandmas Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These are the best oatmeal raisin cookies. My grandma makes these all the time and I finally got the recipe and had to post! Perfect with a cold glass of milk! If you bake them on parchment paper, you dont have to spray the baking sheet so you can save calories for more important things! :)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup crisco
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups quick oats
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix flour, baking soda,salt, nutmeg,and cinnamon, set aside.
3. Cream Crisco, butter, and sugars together in large bowl.
4. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
5. Add flour mixture.
6. Add oats, raisins, coconut.
7. Bake on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for about 8-10 minutes.
