I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help.
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar or 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
butter (the size of an egg)
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup sour cream (add a cap of vinegar to you milk and let it sit 1/2 hour in frig)
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash nutmeg
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and vanilla. Put the soda in the sour milk and sour cream. Add to the egg mixture. Add the sifted dry ingredients.
2. Chill well. Roll in long rolls and form into bows or pretzel shapes.
3. Bake in a hot oven, 450 degrees, until light brown or paler if you like.
