Grandma's Infamous Chicken Divan

The name says it all. This is a rice based casserole that makes for great left overs. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
4 (6 ounce) cooked chicken breasts (shredded or diced)
4 cups cooked jasmine rice (white rice works too)
1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (do not use miracle whip)
11 ounces broccoli florets
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. In a 9x13 pan, evenly distribute the rice on the bottom of the pan.
2. evenly layer the broccoli over the rice.
3. evenly layer the chicken pieces over the broccoli.
4. in a mixing bowl, mix together the mayo, cream of chicken, cream of celery and half of the shredded cheese.
5. apply mixture evenly over the chicken.
6. top off with the remaining shredded cheese.
7. bake UNCOVERED at 350 until warm throughout (approx 40 min).
