Grandma's Feather-Light Griddlecakes

My grandma always used to make these when ever i slept over when i was little. They are so good, and light and oh so fluffy!
Ingredients:
1 slightly beaten egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together, just until smooth.
2. let sit for a few minutes until batter becomes lighter cook on hot griddle (about 325 degrees) feel free to add chocolate chips, banana or whatever floats your boat!
3. Enjoy!
