Grandma's Chicken

My Grandma made this and so did my Mom.
Ingredients:
1 (4 lb) chicken, cut up
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon season-all salt
3/4 cup flour
4 cups water
1/2 cup crisco cooking oil
Directions:
1. Combine seasonings in flour; dredge chicken pieces to coat; fry in hot oil until browned.
2. Blend remaining flour with water; pour over chicken; cover and simmer on low 45 minutes until meat is almost falling off bone and gravy is thickened. Make sure to stir gently so gravy doesn't stick.
