Grandmas' Banana Nut Bread

This is my one of my grandmothers recipes for banana nut bread, it is easy and it is moist and delicious!
Ingredients:
4 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 cup crisco (butter flavor)
4 eggs
2 cups bananas (ripened)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 cups walnuts (chopped)
Directions:
1. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together in a bowl.
2. Add eggs, Crisco and 1 cup of the ripened, mashed bananas.
3. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
4. Add remaining bananas and lemon juice.
5. Beat 2 more minutes.
6. Fold in nuts.
7. Pour into a loaf pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
