Tracie Skaurud sent this wonderful recipe that she remembers from dinners at Grandma Potter's.
Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger
3/8 cup bran flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
3 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
1. Make meatballs with all ingredients except milk and soup.
2. Mix milk and soup together and pour over meatballs.
3. Cook for one hour at 350ºF.
