Ingredients:
6 pound(s) apples remove stems-peeled
1 cup(s) apple cider
2-1/2 cup(s) sugar
2 teaspoon(s) cinammon
1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon(s) cloves
Directions:
1. Cook apples in water until soft. Drain Well. Puree apples into a 3 quart pan. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat. Stirring occasionally, until thinkened. Approximately 1-1/2 hours. Pour into jars. Seal - process 10 minutes. Yield 3 pints.
