went through my grandma's recipes and found a couple of different versions... this is the second
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
16 ounces ketchup
1 cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
1. brown lightly the beef, onion, and green pepper.
2. add ketchup, water, vinegar, worchestershire, sugar.
3. salt and pepper to taste.
4. simmer 1 hour.
