Grand Marnier Truffles

This is another popular truffle that I make during the holiday season. Loved by all. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons grand marnier liqueur
6 ounces sweet chocolate
4 tablespoons sweet butter softened
powdered unsweetened cocoa
Directions:
1. Boil cream in a small heavy pan until reduced to 2 tablespoons.
2. Remove from heat then stir in grand marnier and chocolate.
3. Return to low heat and stir until chocolate melts.
4. Whisk in softened butter.
5. When mixture is smooth pour into a shallow bowl and refrigerate about 40 minutes.
6. Scoop chocolate up with a teaspoon and shape into 1 balls.
7. Roll balls in unsweetened cocoa.
8. Store truffles covered in the refrigerator.
9. Let truffles stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
