Put in your favorite Italian or Asian sauce.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 small onion
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
Directions:
1. In a small bowl add buttermilk and bread crumbs stir until combine set a side for 5 minutes.
2. In a large bowl add the meats and the rest of the ingredients.
3. Combine the mixture with clean hands.
4. Roll the meat mixture into 1 inch balls.
5. Add the meatballs into a skillet on meduim heat.
6. Brown on all sides.
7. Cover and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
8. Put meatballs in your favorite sauce cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
