Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons coconut oil
5 medjool dates, finely chopped
1 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup raw pecans
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
1. Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Place all remaining ingredients EXCLUDING coconut and dried cranberries in a food processor. Process mixture until it resembles coarse sand.
2. Place all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well. Pour mixture in a lined baking pan and refrigerate until set. Once set, cut into squares.
