Ingredients:
salad: 1 cup couscous
1 can chick peas (any bean)
2 peppers, any color
green onion
poppy seeds
toasted sesame seeds
sauce: 1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsps each curry, cumin, coriander
Directions:
1. Make couscous according to box
2. meanwhile chop veggies
3. toss couscous with salad
4. mix sauce
5. toss sauce with salad
6. - sometimes I use way more spice or more oil/vinnegar. test and see
