Graham Cracker Fudge

I'm not sure where this recipe came from, but I've had it in my recipe collection for a while. It sounds like it would be a good sweet treat. NOTE: Cooking time is estimated.
Ingredients:
2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped up (to melt faster)
1 cup evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
24 marshmallows, quartered
3 cups graham cracker crumbs (make sure they are fine )
1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Grease a 8 x 8 pan. Over low heat, combine chocolate and evaporated milk until chocolate melts (stir occasionally).
2. Add sugar and salt. Cook to a soft ball stage , 240* on a candy thermometer.
3. Remove from heat and add the butter.
4. Cool slightly, then add the marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, nuts and vanilla mixing well.
5. Press into prepared pan. Refrigerate overnight, then cut into 1 pieces.
