This recipe makes the whole house hungry! Be prepared to answer How long until dinner? several times. Ingredients:
1 partially cooked ham (i prefer the butt end) |
yellow mustard |
brown sugar |
1 can sliced pineapple |
Directions:
1. Make a paste with mustard and brown sugar. 2. Add pineapple juice to thin it a little. 3. Put ham into roasting pan and rub the mixture all over it. 4. Bake as directed on the ham label, adding pineapple rings for the last half hour. |
