This salad is great on its own as a main meal. This has all the great flavours and proteins you need in a meal. Its simple delish !!!
Ingredients:
serena tuna cans ( serving depends on how many people eating, usually one can per person).
butter lettuce
mushrooms
cherry tomatoes
sweet corn ( can )
lebanese cucumber
mangoes in can
french dressing
Directions:
1. wash all produce ingredients
2. Cut/rip lettuce into bite sizes
3. Cut the other ingredients however you want it in size
4. How this is made is really done per bowl or serve
5. Just put enough ingredients in each bowl to your liking.
6. Put Lettuce in first then Tuna spread evenly within the bowl, then you put the tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumbers, mangoes and drizzle the dressing over it (put as much as you like)
7. No need to toss or mix just serve or eat straightaway.
8. Enjoy its that simple ... :)
