Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs pot roast
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp rosemary

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in dutch oven.
  2. Brown roast on all sides.
  3. Add everyting else and simmer 2 hours, turning roast often.
  4. Serve with whipped potatoes and glazed carrots.
  5. Announce dinner with a loud yell to the household SOUPS ON!
