Gourmet Bean Soup

Perfect Healthy Spicy Bean Soup (soaking time not included in prep time)
Ingredients:
2 cups pinto beans
2 teaspoons salt
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
3/4 cup crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
cilantro (for garnish)
Directions:
1. soak beans overnight or till adequately moist.
2. drain soaking water
3. add all ingredients except cilantro to pressure cooker.
4. wait for 3 whistles.(bring to pressure & cook 10 minute under pressure).
5. garnish with cilantro.
6. note: the tomato normally shouldn't be added before cooking beans, but in this recipe, this is ok b/c we use 3 whistles instead of two and the beans take a better firmer form necessary to make this a gourmet looking soup.
