VERY high in protien, just like my mother used to make it
Ingredients:
7 oz lean ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
6 oz tomato sauce
10 oz tomato soup
7 oz kidney beans
1 beef bouillon cube
1 1/2 cups water
4 oz noodles
1 dash pepper
Directions:
1. Brown Beef
2. Add onions and cook until translucent
3. Combine in a sauce pan: soup, sauce, bouillon, water and pepper
4. Add cooked noodles and beef
