Quick and easy recipe
Ingredients:
450 g cubed pork or beef
1 oz butter
1 large onion
5 medium carrots
3 tblsp paprika
1 tblsp flour
3/4 pint water
1 cube chicken stock
4 tblsp white wine
Directions:
1. Melt butter and fry meat until sealed.
2. Remove meat from pan and put into casserole dish.
3. Fry veg in remaining oil.
4. Add paprika and flour and fry for a further 2 mins.
5. Stir in stock, wine, season, bring to boil, pour over meat in dish.
6. 160/170 for 1hr 30mins to 2 hours.
