good and healthy too I used 93/7 lean ground beef. The 24 oz listed is the cooked weight of 2 lb raw ground beef.
Ingredients:
24 oz ground beef
30 oz canned tomatoes
1 cup onion, chopped
1 lb ronzoni smart pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
1. cook onions in olive oil for a couple minutes. you can add a clove of crushed garlic too. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
2. season beef/onions with pepper and paprika if desired.
3. add 2 15 oz cans tomatoes and about 2 cups water. bring to a boil.
4. add 1 box dry pasta (I love the smart pasta). Cook until pasta is done... about 10 minutes.
