NO BAKING! The oatmeal squares provide just a hint of brown sugar and the honey nut cheerios give the honey flavor. Those two in combination with the crackers and nuts will give the sweet 'n salty flavor to SATISFY THE MUNCHIES! Just mix and place in an air-tight container. Put some in a zip-lock bag and carry on your commute, in a kid's lunch box, in your desk drawer, beside your computer or to the movies. This also makes a good TV snack. If you like one ingredient better than the others, just double the amount of that item. Healthwise you will get some fiber and while eating you will think this is better for me than a piece of cake or pie !
Ingredients:
1 cup quaker oatmeal squares cereal
1 cup cheez-it crackers
1 cup corn chex
1 cup honey nut cheerios
1 cup roasted peanuts
1 cup cashews
Directions:
1. Measure each ingredient and place in a large bowl. Mix well.
2. Place in an air-tight container. Pour some in ziplock bags for travel or home.
3. ENJOY for when you got the munchies .
