Gorgonzola Sauce for Pasta

I found this in a magazine many years ago and we love it. You will find it very easy to make and is very rich and decadent.
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 cups crumbled gorgonzola
grated parmesan cheese
chopped fresh chives (to garnish)
Directions:
1. Simmer the cream, add cheese and whick until melted. spoon over gnocci or your favorite pasta. Garnish with the chives and parmesan cheese.
